Indian Post Service — i didn't get my parcel from india to natherlands(AMSTERDAM INTERNATIONAL MAIL CENTRE)

i didn't get my parcel from INDIA to NETHERLANDS (AMSTERDAM INTERNATIONAL MAIL CENENTER) it is 8kg parcel almost 12 days finished. actually in india they told it will reach with in 8 days. But there is no update on website. my tracking number is CA[protected]IN

My Speed Post No EW[protected]IN has been despatched on16.01.2015 and reached
Amsterdam International mail Center on26.01.2015, then went to Customs Commissioner
but till 14.02.2015 it is not moved. please let it deliver to the addresse.
