Indian Postal Department — Money Order send but not received to the Addressee nor it is returned back to the sender

Money order is booked from Mansarovar, Jaipur post office but still not received to the Addressee and nor it is returned back till date. I have also raised a complain in the Indian Postal Department website under the Complains sections and complain no is: [protected].
