Indian Postal Services — Item Bounce back to Sender

My SHipment no: CP[protected]IN, SHipped on 24th June 2015 retuned back to me on 2nd July 2015 without any note or reason form the Postal Authorities. The shipment reached the destination city - PUNE, . There was no attempt to Deliver it and then without providing a a Reason whatsoever, It was returned back to me at Phagwara -144401.

Kindly accept this complaint and help me out here, as i have wasted shipment charges and valuable time for the shipment.
