Indian Railway — refund of ticket, train cancelled by irctc

Respected sir/maam, I had booked the eticket from irctc site, but the train was cancelled by indian railways for reasons best known to them, but till now i have not received the refund of that ticket. Details of the ticket are as follows: Transaction Id : [protected] Train No./Name: 12909 / NZM GARIB RATH PNR No [protected] Date of Jouney- 28 May 2015 From: VADODARA JN (BRC) To: H NIZAMUDDIN (NZM) Class: THIRD AC (3A) the status shown on irctc website for that ticket is CR registration. i have mailed the issue on irctc helpdesk also, but they are also not helping me for the same... pls help me for the same, i want my money back. these people are cheating the public, firstly the indian railway cancel the train on the date of traveling, then they make the people suffer, after that they didnt return the money. If government company will do like this then who is going to trust them. that is my hard earn money...i want my money back...pls help me...
