Indian Railway — TDR filed but till now no refund | |||
TDR # [protected] was filed on 24/02/2015 and till today the refund is not provided. Generally, all other railway zone (like South Zone) we will get the refund very soon but I always facing a challenges whenever I filed TDR in Eastern Zone. I do not understand why there is so much delay in providing the refund. I called customer care of IRCTC and they where helpless... even I have email conversation.
