Dear sir I have inform you that i have cancelled a ticket against pnr no. [protected], time of cancellation at 23-dec-2017 20:41:08 hrs; your cancellation id is : [protected]. Please check the attach file. But i am sorry to inform you that my refund has not been credited my account. pl check the mater and resolve my problem . The complain is against Indian railways for mira road east. Where the female employ itself is not allowing females to take ticket where it is clearly mentioned the queue is for ladies. Strict action to be taken as she is treating badly. Insulting tight in front of men. The ticket employer itself.
