User id : krox18 Date of booking: august 11th, 2016 Date of journey: august 12th, 2016 Dear sir, I tried booking a tatkal ticket on aug, 11th 2016 and i clicked "book only if seat is confirmed" But the seats were finished and my ticket was bot booked but rs. 1834.50/- has been deducted from my icici account.
