Indian Railways — irctc reply wrong email id for e ticket cancellation | |||||
Despite my repeated request to [protected]@irctc.co.in, I am being told to send cancellation email from someone else email id. (Pics attached) My correct email id saved in the irctc website- My profile is capt.[protected]@yahoo.co.in.(screen shot attached for ready reference). Moreover, my transaction history is showing NO Records and ticket booking history is not visible. I am attaching picture of sms received from irctc also. Due to this I am unable to cancel the eticket with DOJ 3 May 2018. I have tried many time to convince but the response is negative. How can I sent ticket cancellation request from some else email id.
