Indian Railways — negligence of ticket issuing staff at nungambakkam station chennai | |
I got ticket for traveling from nungambakkam station to guindy station on 2/4/18 (Morning). But the railway employee at ticket counter gave ticket from nungambakkam to villivakkam station wrongly. Due to his negligence i was forced to pay fine during ticket check. Purely because of his negligence i paid 260 rupees fine and the ticket checker was also not listening to me. I am very much disappointed with the attitude of the employees of irctc. I want a reply from irctc for this immediately. Wrongly given ticket no. Was 17393434 Was this information helpful? | |
