Indian Railways — Poor service and no food in Rajdhani Exp.

I am travelling in Rajdhani Exp, 12431 from Vasai Rd. to Delhi. I have not been offered welcome kit. Also at morning water given for preparing tea was not hot. Even complaining many times attendant not addressed the complaint and he denied to give complaint book when it is being asked. Train was late by 2 hour and according to rule free water and food has to be provided by IRCTC but that also has not being provided. Please help me to take this issue to higher authorities so that such irresponsible behaviour should not be continued by IRCTC at least in Rajdhani. Regards Tarun PNR [protected] Mobile [protected]
