Sir/madam:i am soham raut, actually my reservation was not confirmed and eticket was cancelled but still i didn't received the refund deducted from my bank account. I Have booked 2 ticket from jaipur to delhi with PNR NO [protected] but later on find that train running late by 20 hour.
so i have filed TdR as per discussion with irctc customer care suggestion on 22/11/2017 with TDR no [protected] but till now refund not received

I had booked four tickets on september 15, 2017 in second AC under PNR No.[protected], despite our four tickets we were not allocated a single cabin in A-1 Coach of train no.12225 while we have to share same cabin with the fellow passengers who booked their tickets much later o[censored]s. It is requested please look into the matter.
