Indian Railways — Refund of failed transaction due to transaction dropped | |||||
I have tried to book a ticket for Mumbai on 02/12/2016 i have paid rs, 750 twice but transaction was dropped both the time but my money has been deducted. now i had complained on irctc care thet said the amount is refund. but it has been, 5 days the amount is mot refunded in bank account. i lost a sum of total 1500/- transaction id's are - [protected], [protected] irctc account - [protected]@gmail.com Paytm account - [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||||
