Indianrailways — Online reservation, defective registeration system, non responsive costemer care executive

Myself, wife of a retired Railway official have registerered for online reservation; my personnel id:"akcaruna" with e mail id :[protected]@gmail.com;.submitted registered mobile [protected] :Aadhar card no:[protected]on 28Jan17.My id was registerered succesfully by the irctc service provider subject to phone& email verification through OTP(one line pass word).
my strugling started from then.mobile phone is successfully verified.e mail OTP is not coming as my submitted e mail id was having one letter error. the system does not have inherant capacity to verify the correctness of e mail id; my e mail id was having an error, OTP sent by irctc server never materialised& reached me.my correct e mail id is:"[protected]@gmail.com"
The server does not register afresh with another booking id as irctc server already registered my mobile phone no, Adaar card no etc for address and date of birth'. for the booking id:akcaruna with an unique password.
I have reprented through email to [protected]@irctc on 28 jan17 which in turn assained" irctc#5027755 with no further responding action;
my further mails got another response by assaining irctc#5058594.
today ihave made it to irctc helpline number [protected]&[protected]. wasted money humtytimes to get a falsified reply "customer care executive are busy now" after a prolonged ring tone making us fool.
now my phone no & aadhar no is impounded by irctc server.; neither i could avail online booking. how irctc server took erroneous email adress as any dicky server will not not recognice erroneous e mail adress.IRCTC should work to solve such issues.; formulating schemes to only earn money by crooking the normel sleeper charges into premium fares exploting the indian innocence is not the efficience.Alas!!
