Indiapost — Need proof of delivery receipt

Consignment No: EN[protected]IN
In the indiapost.gov.in site it is showing delivered on[protected] but the receiver is saying we didn't receive any courier
I contacted the Bhorakalan S.O post office which I couriered the parcel to provide the delivery of proof they are not responding
Help me to solve the issue
