Indiatimes Shopping — No delivery and wrong details of Order | |||
Hello, I have placed my Order No: [protected] for a Homeopathy medicine on 8th Jan and delivery date was given as 16th Jan 2014. and on 14th Jan without informing they change the delivery date to 18th Jan 2014 and give wrong courier details in my account.They provided two courier companies names: DTDC and bluedart (Do not know which courier is shipping my details!) DTDC (Tracking No: bluedart[protected]) ---- and on going to bluedart tracking, this courier number is already delivered on 13th Jan. This ambiguous behavior is not accepted from the website.
