Hi, My order number is [protected]. I have purchase a style combo jeans with jacket. Quality of those product is very poor and hence I refund that on feb 2015 Refund is accepted and a message is came to me that your check is sent to you on 25th Feb 2015. I am not able to receive that check yet 25th March 2015. Now I call indiatimes customer care on [protected] and customer care give following information. 1. Your check is sent by speed post and hence please wait 2. aapse nivedan hai wait kar le.. Mera point hai 1 mahine ho gaye abhi tak check wapas nahi mila, Ye kaisa process hai.
