Dear Sir/Madam, This is with regards to a cancellation of ticket that I made on 14March 2015.booked through GOIBIBO .the ticket was for a flight from Kochi to Hyderabad on 22 March 2015 with PNR no DDY44U. Despite the cancellation on your website, I still have not received refund for the same. kindly expedite the refund payment .
