I have booked 2 tickets of your bus service on 28 November for 19 December, My international flight SQ406 Singapore airline, got cancelled by them due to new covid variant omicron.
I contacted to your service desk on 3rd December, and request to refund my ticket fare.
Then again on 9 December and on 17 December I contacted your service, every time they told me they will submit my request, after that neither I got my money nor they contact me.
once again I called 3rd time today, guy name Aman spoke to me, and he tried to do again the same procedure. So i am still chasing my refund money.very bad customer service.
