Indo Canadian Bus Service — Scam: Charged fare but no bus service available

I reserved a ticket online and directions were to go to terminal 1 at Delhi airport. But on arriving in India, found out that the buses are no longer operational. Tried calling them multiple times but no one is answering the call. Indo Candian buses are scammers
