Dear Sir/Madam,
Greetings.
This is to formally raise a serious concern regarding the unjust delay in closing my old account with your Gandhidham Branch of IndusInd Bank, despite my repeated follow-ups and complete compliance with all required formalities.
I have personally visited the branch 3–4 times, submitted all necessary documents, and cleared all dues as instructed. However, my account still remains active, and unwarranted charges continue to be levied, which is completely unacceptable.
It is neither feasible nor reasonable for me to keep visiting the branch repeatedly for an issue that should have been resolved long ago.
I hereby demand that my account (A/C No.[protected] be closed immediately and all charges reversed with immediate effect. I expect written confirmation of closure within 48 hours, failing which I will be left with no option but to escalate this matter to higher authorities and the banking ombudsman.
