Indusind Bank — Indusind bank doing complete cheating. | |||||
Hello friends, Never open your account with indusind bank. They promise you to give a good service but always fails to do so. I opened an account, they charged 1150/- for platinum debit card, and said to me that i will earn more reward points on it, and they will give me 1000/- cash voucher for shopping, and free 1 movie tickets every month from bookmyshow. All things went wrong, 1. I earned 1100+ points in first month, i requested for cash back, they gave me as 0.50 rs per point, while my husband have salary account in the same bank with regular debit card, he earns 1.00 rs per point. 2. I choose jabong for 1000/- free shopping voucher, they sent me code for yatra dot com. I raised this issue on 25th may 2016, and its 18th june now but not resolved yet. Waiting for their response. 3. When i tried to get free book my show ticket (One free on one purchase), i selected indusind bank offer but it says quota full for the month, please try next month. Great. I raised this issue on IndusInd bank website on 25th May, now its almost one month completed and read what they replied to me today.
"Dear Ms. Ahire, We refer to your request dated June 11, 2016 received through Internet Banking regarding your account. We apologize for delay in resolving and inconvenience caused to you. We wish to confirm you that we are following up with the concern team and we shall revert to you with the further status at the earliest. We appreciate your patience in this regard. Yours sincerely, Anjali Pathare IndusInd Bank Limited"
In this message the date is 11 June because they are replying every 5-6 days to my added messages about the issue. And of course you can easily see that, they replied after 12 days. 11 June - 23 June.
