Indusind Bank — Indusind unauthorised credit card charges implied to covid patient need to be reversed. | |||
Goodafternoon, I had made the payment of Rs. 196909 on 12 th Nov. But the transaction failed which I had not noticed as Evey time I make payment through my hdfc bank and it's done. I got married on 30th Nov. and being new place was busy with family and job. I had again tried the payment on 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th and 1st Dec. 20 as the payment was not reached but due to viral my body was not able to make things confirmed. I was not able to make payment since 6 days as there is error in system. I made payment after failure from hdfc bank through Indusind bank for Rs. 3plus Rs. 15202 in total Rs. 15205 as there was less balance in account on 29th Nov. 20. Many times in last 2days again and again I tried to make payment of Rs. 181705 but hdfc bank declined the payment telling the error in system.Today Rs. 50000was credited at 1046am from hdfc bank, Rs. 81705 from indusind bank at 12:51am Rs. 50000 from SBI account bearing reff. no. Ref#GAJ4LMAP9. Please refund all charges including late payment fee as there or your server was having technical error, I had full payment Rs. 196909.My entire family in-laws were down in health via fever, cold cough .Also i had done our covid test it's positive the report is enclosed for your reference . Payment of Rs. 196909 made, I am covid positive.There was error online payment was not happening so I have to do in parts. As I am cocks positive I cannot go to bank to give cheque payment as per protocol of govt. Of india, I had made complete payment of Rs. 196909 I am not at fault, kindly reverse all charges Rs. 15160. Please reverse all charges on my credit card including late payment charges, otherwise I will withdraw my fds of 3.5lacs and close the account with the bank. (Case ID:[protected].During covid you have scheme of delay payment without any charges covid scheme but this was techinical error of system from hdfc bank the money was getting transferred to indusind credit card so I am nowhere at fault and the charges had to be revered from your side of Rs.16159 .If you don't want to reverse the charges that's fine kindly stop my credit card and I will not make the payment of Rs.4000 of my utilization till I donot get reversal of charges in future I will not make any use of the card. Now let the case be pending for 2 months or an year all charges will be the be beared by saravana as you are not solving my problem.I had spoken to amit and he insured the reversal of charges.
