I MD SAMEEUDDIN Borrowed Two Wheeler Loan in the year 2009 Loan Account No:AHY03658H, Finance Amount Rs 52, 000 Interest Charges Rs 18, 344 Margin Money Rs 27, 370 Though i have made Rs31, 500 As Down payment for the vehicle Invoice Amount Rs, 79, 370, Loan Tenure was 36 Months. Tenure was ended by 21/10/2012 till this date there was only two EMI'S were due Amount of Rs. 1954 + 1954 =Rs3908 and as of today the Total Outstanding Loan Outstanding overdue is showing Rs4956. Since then i haven't been informed by any of the INDUSIND bank Personnel's regarding the due of Rs 4956. Moreover i underwent treatment for my health issues and i was not keeping well from July 2012. And today i willingly went to the Indusind bank and approach bank personnels for NOC i came to know about this Due and they are charging AIC Accrued Income and Commission for which i have no obligation as it was bank fault that they fail to reach me to collect the said Original Outstanding Rs4956. I am willing to pay the amount of Original Outstanding overdue Rs4956 only for which i am committed to it, as an honest and proud customer of Indusind bank i seek waiver from unconditional charges to me and kindly Issue NOC after accepting the Original Overdue Which is Rs4956 only. I don't want get suffer from respected bank whom i shall always be honest in dealing with future services and referring friend and colleagues to opt INDUSIND bank for there Needs.
