[Resolved] Infibeam — I am not able to use the product and not able to purchase a new one also | |||
Hi, I ordered Callmate powerbank 5600mAH from infibeam and i recieved the product . I charged the powerbank for the whole night and i used it next day to charge my mobile which is 2000mAH . It dint even charge once but the charge in the powerbank got drained. I checked for the next day also but i got the same result. Then i called customer care and complained about the issue and the assured me for a reverse pick up. Its been around one month but still no call for reverse pick up . I am not able to use the product and not able to purchase a new one also . I am stuck inbetween . I called infibeam customer care more than 5 times but the always say that they will call back after checking with concern team.
