Dr. Kiran Bedi has done a great job by conceptualizing an idea of connecting police to public with the help of a site http://www.saferindia.com/kiranbedi/. But very unfortunate to say that this product powered by our great IT company of india is not working at all. I do know know what is the problem whether the product is faulty or web-space where product is hosted has poor infrastructure. But I request INFOSYS to help...

Tikona Digital Networks Pune is the worst ISP ever to be launched in INDIA.
The promise they provide are totally crap.
I bought a connection with a speed of 599 Kbps, The speed given by the connection is not even 0.08 KBPS
The USP of the ISP is there worst part. No Cables in the home, total crap.
I have paid 500 RS as installation charges. Have not even once used the net service properly.

HSBC credit card company called using mobile number.
I don't know how they got my number.
They send me credit card but never send statement in time at residence.

I requested to send copies and the customer support was not good.

The Bank blocked my card with suspicion of fraud usage and send another card.
I paid online the payment to avoid big late charges.

i am recently posted to hyderabad, so needed a postpaid connection. I went to vodafone store inside the infosys campus, the person incharge told us about a new corporate plan of rental 199. The STD call rates were 75p at that time, he said that in the coming 1-2 weeks, the STD call rates will surely drop to 50p. He was dead sure about that, so we believed him and took the connection with that plan. Now, after 3 weeks, the rates have dropped...

The PF cheque issued on my name was returned back to Bomanahalli Branch as my account with the Bank to whihc the cheque was issued was closed.

Now, I need to collect the Cheque from the Branch itself. As I am not in town, I want my husband to collect the cheque.

I have two policies one is the Standard HIP which Infosys offers and the other is the Retail policy.

My father was hospitalised for a cardiac attack on 24th of July for about a week. For this, I have submitted a claim for a sum of Rs 47000.
This treatment is not related to the CABG and he was hospitalised for observation.

I have submitted another claim for Rs 2,21,314 in the mid of August...

I have recently joined at Infosys Mysore. My aunt had sent a courier from Bangalore on 27 08 2009 and the docket no is[protected] wherin the mobile number mentioned is not in use. I have applied for passport and submitted it on 12-Aug-2009 and paid the necessary fees after document verification. the passport officer told that the status will be updated online with 7-10 days. even today after almost a month,there is no status updated.

when i call on the passport office numbers there are always busy or they do not answer. i am not sure how i need to solve this- whom to approach etc...

I have lost both my 10th and 12th cbse certificates. I had passed class 10 in 2003 from Indian School Al Ghubra, Muscat & class 12 in 2005 from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Trichur.

Believe me its the worst company I have ever seen in life.

Never join or work for a Company like INFOSYS.

Neeta Travel is unscrupulous
I took a Neeta Travel bus from Nerul to Pune on 7th july 2009. The ticket bookings was done in advance.The bus was to depart from nerul at 1.15pm. I boarded the bus which came to nerul at 1.15pm. I confirmed my ticket with the bus conductor and he said ok that time. Later he asked me to get down at Belapur stating that your ticket is not valid. I have to wait for another 1 hr waiting for the another Neeta...

Bangalore is having election 23rd April and every company (private and government) are declared holiday that day. Infosys also declared that there is a holiday on that day but internally some project head send the mail to employee on 22 april that they have to come for work on 23rd April. Infosys is showing some thing in media but forcing to employees to come office. This is the ridiculous for this company...
