Dear sir,
I had invested in IDFC Infrastructure tax saving bonds in the year March 2011. That time I was in Vadodara city in Gujarat. On my transfer, since long I have shifted from Vadodara and presently I have been residing in Surat. I have already sent through speed post my Adhar card, PAN card, Address proof, Bank account details and a cancelled cheque also.

I am still awaiting remittance of maturity proceeds. You are requested to look into the matter and do the needful.

My folio number IDC0226756 - IDFC Infrastructure bond tranche 3 - After making complaint on 15.06.2021 through your platform, the company sent me email that my remittance of matured proceeds will be sent soon. But till date no remittance is received. Sir, I am in dire need of money in this pandemic situation. Request your goodself to persuade the company to remit the maturity proceeds to my given account details already sent to them through speed post.
