[Resolved]  Aegon Religare Insurance Company — Non issue of policy document

Hi,

I took an iTerm Policy on behalf of my wife. The policy number is[protected]. The policy was taken during the first week of November. I had paid the premium on 18 th Nov 2012. I had completed the medical test formalities on 30 Nov 2012. I had sent all the required documents for two times, Now its almost 20 days. I did not hear anything from their side till today. In the mean time, I had called them 'n' number of times, emailed them. Every time, I get the same response that someone will call back. But till today none has called back.

I have even sent a complaint to the grievance cell alas there was no response for that for two days.
