[Resolved] Reliance Life Insurance — Forge signature and wrong commitment | |||
My name is Rajani Arya. One Reliance advisor Manas Nigum sold a policy to me ( Reliance Life Insurance Classic Plan -II, Regular). He commited that... 1) premium has to be paid only once. ( which was 30000 rs) 2) As per RBI new rules, in any case money can not go lower than total value deposited ( 30000 rs) 2) After one year I can withdraw my money. 3) Whenever the NAV is highest my money will be locked and it will not go below than that. Bond paper which were supposed to come within 15 days, came after two months and then I came to know that It was two policies ( 15000 rs each ) of 15 years with premium paying term of 15 years and AND BOND PAPER HAS MY FORGE SIGNATURE AT 3 PLACES. I do not want to give more money in this policy as I am scared if I give money for five years lock in period, it will not go any higher than the total amount and I will have to face a Big Loss. I have called Manas many of times but now he do not reply. PLS ADVISE CAN I FILE A CASE AGAINST RELIANCE OR AGAINST MANAS. Policy Name : Reliance Life Insurance Classic Plan -II, Regular. Reliance Life Insurance — WRONG NAME
I (Shrikrishan) have your RMG PLAN , Policy NO. A4697682, CLIENT ID No.[protected] amt. of 25000/ -) thru advisor advisor Mrs. Neha Gupta, advisor code no. 20928521; after recieving of policy name is MR. KRISHAN instead of SHRIKRISHAN .Same day I have aproch to advisor for corroction in the name and returned policy bond to him.
till today we have niether recieved policy bond after corroction in name nor recieved any information.
If we are not pay future premium istalment than after passing 3 years which amount we will recieve or if we pay second & third premium than which amount we will receive pls explain.
