[Resolved]  Tata DoCoMo Net Setter — Generation of bill even after cancelling the service

I had taken the Tata Docomo net setter postpaid connection(Account No.[protected] in jan 2013 by paying 2 months bill in advance and used it very happily for 3 months. When i got 3rd month's bill on April 3rd (saying March 13th BIll) i couldn’t pay it because of some net banking issue. And since the service got disconnected by itself in a few days. The bill amount was Rs. 571. Again May 9th (saying April 13th bill) I got my next bill. The bill amount was Rs. 1,414. “”If they are planning to generate the bill, they have no rights to block the service.”” Even then i paid the entire bill on May 30th directly to the Tata Docomo officer. And also requested to disconnect the service permanently. In the following weeks i had to attend so many phone calls in the name of explanation for cancelling the service. Each time I have clearly told that i don’t need this service at all.

After all this on July 11th, i again got mail saying new bill is generated for Rs.106. If they have taken long time to process the cancellation request that is the mistake from their part. How can they ask the customer to pay for it even without using their service? Today (aug 13th) I got a phone call saying today is the last payment date, if i didn’t pay legal action will be taken(phone no: [protected]). It is me who should take the legal action against them for generating the bill even after blocking the service, and for again generating the bill even after completely disconnecting the service. The answer I got from your customer support service is “This is the process we follow”. If this is the process they follow, then its time to change it.
I need detailed explanation for the second and third bill also need my money back which I paid them without using the service (which I guess is 1414-571= 843rs). Also I want them to cancel the 3rd bill.

I was ready to pay the second bill because I wanted to end the whole thing. But even then they generated the next bill. Its not only about me. They are doing this to every customers worldwide. It has happened to my friend also. People are too busy to complaint and paying them the money which they don’t deserve to have.

I request you to get justice for me and every other customer who is using this service.

Internet services were started without my consent in May 2011.
Tata went on renewing internet package without my consent and went on billing me.
They even refused to take my repeated complaints.

I have'nt recieved any response regarding this complaint. Please make sure you dont ignore this now and come up with a huge amount in the name of bill after few months.
I have paid the entire amount since i didnt get any response. I dont need any further help regarding this. Just make sure that u dont create any other bill in my name. I have disconnected the service long back.
I opted plan photon plus [protected]@ 650 cap plan, which was activated on 5 oct 2013, my photon number is [protected] and account number is[protected], i submitted bill amount 365 rs on[protected]. but still my net setter is not working properly. kindly sort out my problem.

This Tatadocomo is a big cheat. They sell 2G services at the price of 3G. During the intial 3 months everything works fine after that they start showing there true colors. Its a bull mobile service provider. One should never go for internet service to them.
