Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — Problem in service center under warranty period due to not receive mobile bill with imei number. | |||||
Sir I have purchase a intex mobile phone of model : intex cloud 3g candy dated: 20/12/15 bill no:[protected] order no: [protected] From your web site shop cj. After 2-3 months mobile was not working properly and later it get switch off totaly. When i went to intex service center, they told me to submit the bill of mobile phone. I have submitted your bill which i got with mobile phone but they reject the bill because of imei number was not mentioned in that bill. I am calling you on your toll no [protected] (Which is not free calling no.) from 12 to 15 days continuously for the original bill with imei no. Of that intex mobile phone which i have purchased from you but they don't respond properly. Every time they told that your bill has been sent but till today dated 23/7/16 i have not received any bill from you on my email (Email: spt.[protected]@rediffmail.com & [protected]@yahoo.com) or my home address. I have inform you for inconvenient i should have take legal action in court of law. You have fully responsible for the above said act.
