Ion Exacense — Faulty AMC

After lot of follow ups, their Servicing your personnel arrived for servicing and replaced the 2 filters of the Water Purifier. However subsequent to this, within less than a fortnight of his service, the Water Filter stopped working again and I raised a service request to them on 20 Nov 2020 and was promised to have the same rectified the next day. When I did not receive any response even after 2 days, having no other way out, I approached Eureka Forbes directly and they sent their service personnel for the rectification work. The below points were brought to my notice by the Eureka Forbes personnel after the servicing is done :

1) The filters replaced by Ion Exacense personnel is not compatible with the Water Purifier being used by us.
2) Ion Exacense personnel had removed the original sensors from the old filter during replacement of the filter and did not replace it back on the new filter.
3) Since the filters replaced by Ion Exacense personnel did not have the sensors, the filter had stopped working. Hence Eureka Forbes person had to replace Ion Exacense filters with a a new authentic ones, with sensors.
I now had to pay a sum of Rs. 3, 700 to Eureka Forbes for the above work.
There is no response from Ion Exacense on the cause for this
