I have taken an AMC with client id 10160 for aquaguard water purifier. I need service for the water purifier and have contacted them over email and phone. I have sent 4 emails and everytime I get an apology for the delay but nobody comes for service. I have contaced their office everyday for the past 10 days and I always get the standard reply that the technician will visit today. I think I made a mistake in taking AMC.
