Ion Exacense Pvt Ltd — Complaint regarding Aquaguard purifier repair

I had taken AMC for 2 years which cost Rs.9500 with Aqua care on the 24th Sept, 2021 when their technician had visited and replaced the filters in the water purifier.
3 weeks after the water purifier stopped working.
I have been trying to contact them. Every time they mention that they will send the technician but no one has visited in the last 4 days.
I called Eureka Forbes people and they sent a technician and when they checked the unit they mentioned that the replaced filters were not genuine Aquaguard product.
Please help me get a refund of the Rs. 9500 which was paid.
