Ion Exacense Pvt Ltd — Faulty TDS Controller Fixed and false promise to fix it since 2 weeks

Ion Exacense Pvt Ltd came home saying they are an authorized Aquaguard service rendering company. I have taken 2 Years of AMC by paying Rs. 8000/- but every time when the service complaint is booked, the customer care executive gives a false promise on the engineer's visit.

They have fixed a faulty TDS controller on my water purifier and when complained about it, they are giving false promise to visit and rectify it from almost 2 weeks.
