Ion Exacense Pvt Ltd — Fraud service posing as Eureka Forbes

We registered a service request with Eureka Forbes on May 29th. We received a call on May 3th claiming they were from Eureka Forbes. The technician, Mr Mallesh Naik, who came also maintained he was from Eureka Forbes. We paid INR 12530/- thinking it was Wureka Forbes. After the technician left the water purifier stopped functioning and the water started leaking . It was only when we tried calling them
Back we realised they were not Eureka Forbes but a company called Ion Exacense. They have cheated many customers like this .
We have been cheated of INR 12530 and also left with a non functional Aquaguard RO Water purifier, they haven’t bothered to set right the machine.
We requested them to refund the three year AMC amount paid by us and very fairly asked them to deduct service charges for that visit. After multiple calls one Mr Raghavendra claiming to

Refund within 48 hours . He also sent a mail in that regard confirming the same . I have been following up but they have now stopped responding . Have also spoken to Ms Neha and Ms Nitya from their office .
