I had taken 3 years AMC for Rs 13000 from Ion Exacense Pvt Ltd last year. Now these people are not responding and not giving any service. I transferred this amount from HDFC account. Ion exacense pvt Ltd is a fraud company. They do not send technician in spite of repeated assurances from them. They sold an AMC for 3 years posing as Dr Aquaguard when I had called Eureka Forbes aquaguard customer care service. The amount collected is Rs 5200 for 3 years from 15/11/2018 to 15/11/2021.
