IRCTC / Indian Railway — Train was cancelled - Refund amount not credited

Kindly help to refund my money as train was cancelled by Indian Railway dated 30th June'2015. I have booked ticked in T.No. 12295 (SANGHAMITRA EXP ) from SBC to PNBE dated 3rd of June '2015. The ticket was booked as RAC and it was confirmed after 15 days. Sir, I received SMS from DM-IRSMSA for train cancellation.""" """ – No SMS / MAIL after that for refund Process, I have also tried to cancelled my ticket but no option was there at IRCTC site. Only TRAIN CANCELLED status was showing against my PNR - [protected]. Sir, I and my family now reached to destination after facing lots of problem due to sudden train cancellation and when i try for money refund, i am totally helpless after calling IRCTC Customer care and Indian Railway Customer care. Waiting for your positive response.
