Irechargeonline.com — Regarding failed recharge and money deducted from account | |||||
The recharge of INR 400 on Idea Postpaid number +91 [protected] from iRechargeOnline website was failed on 13 May 2016. But the amount was deducted from my bank account. Afterwards I was unable to log ticket on website as it was showing account suspended. After sending several requests on mail, I have not received payment. Request you to kindly resolve issue.
