Hi i had received a voucher code from axis bank for benetton red bag. I redeemed it and your website server went down. I refreshed the page so it showed that the order is placed. I did not receive any email or sms regarding the same. When i tried using the code again it says it is already redeemed. So can you please tell me whether the order is successfully placed or not? The amount got deducted from my account but no order number was generated (Bank reference no.[protected].

Please let me know if the order is accepted. If yes, please give me the order number to track the same and tentative date of delivery.

After the amount got deducted i did not get any acknowledgement message or mail from your side. Before two days, i placed an order o[censored]cb wrist watch through hdfc offers on iredeem website. I got an offer from hdfc bank for using the promo code o[censored]cb on iredeem. Payment of rs. 411 is already done but i have not received any confirmation for my order. I tried calling them multiple times but the mobile is switched off and nobody picks up on landline. It seems that this is fraud! This is ridiculous!

I have ordered one watch online from site and have paid the amount online before delivery.

However the parcel is not delivered to me yet, i had got a call from delivery person but he didnt not yet deliver.
