[Resolved] Itasveer.com — Delay in shipment of prepaid order

I had ordered a photo print from this website itasveer.com. It was my biggest 'mistake' by making a decision of buying from itasveer.com; as I never know there were so many Negative reviews posted about them on every forum, may be my bad luck; if I would have read those negative reviews about them, I never would have ordered anything from itasveer.com

On 20th January 2016, I had ordered a photo print & paid Rs. 131/- (Rupees One Hundred thirty one) via net banking from SBI. Later I regularly checked the status of my order & after almost 8 days the status shows 'in process', I felt something fishy.

On 25th January 2016 I wrote a mail to the customer care of itasveer.com asking them about the status of my order, I received a reply from their customer care as below:

Apologies for the delay. Actually we faced some issue with our printer. IT will take little more time to resolve. Please allow us sometime more. WIll try to ship your order ASAP. Will update you once we ship it.

Is this the reply expected by the buyer who has already paid & waiting for the order? This is completely unacceptable & it shows their level of professional conduct & unfriendly attitude towards the customer.

Again on 27th January 2016 I wrote a mail to the customer care asking them what is the status of my order, the reply I received was:

We still face the same issue, Please allow us a week more to resole the issue. Will update you once we ship your order from our end.

I have faced a great amount of discomfort & dissatisfaction from itasveer.com, this is not the matter of mere 131 Rs. but they have totally 'failed' to deliver what they promised, they have completely lost my trust in them & in future I will never buy anything from them. Better to personally visit a photographer & get photos printed from the store. I request everyone not to fall prey to their 'rosy website' please do not waste your precious time & valuable money on them.

I will not give up & will make constant followups with itasveer.com till I receive my order.

On 28th January 2016, it was the last email I received from customer care of Itasveer.com, I had almost lost hope that I would ever receive the delivery of my order, I have almost been cheated by them & I have suffered a loss of Rs. 131/- the negative point is that they dont have option of cash on delivery. On 25th February 2016, I received a mail from customer care of Itasveer.com that my order has been shipped via Blue Dart courier with so & so tracking number (was provided to me), Now this was quite unexpected for me, I immediately tried to track the status of my consignment but the website showed details not found, I thought Blue dart might have not updated the status of my consignment as it takes some time for the courier company to update the status of consignment as & when it is handed over to them for shipment. 2 days passed on, I decided to wait but still after checking the status of consignment on Blue Dart website it showed Incorrect Tracking number, I understood that Itasveer.com has again provided me wrong tracking number or probably they didn't ship my order. On 27th February 2016 I wrote a strong mail to customer care of Itasveer.com expressing my dissatisfaction towards their services & an explanation from them about providing me incorrect courier details. On 1st March 2016 I received a reply from customer care of Itasveer.com that they have shipped the consignment through "DTDC" courier. Finally on 7th March 2016, after all this drama & exhaustive followup with the customer care, the consignment got delivered to me. I checked the consignment, fortunately it was the same what I ordered. Hence forth I decided not to shop from itasveer.com (as on their website they promise delivery in 4 - 7 days but in my case they almost delayed it by 1 month; this is not acceptable) its better to visit any photo studio & get photos printed from them rather than getting it online. Please be careful while dealing or ordering anything from them as I already had a horrific experience in dealing with them, I don't want anybody to face similar experience with itasveer.com in future.
