Ravi told me that vendor registration needs to be done for which he took all documents from me. I gave him all the documents in 1 day time. From february 15th to march 26th he kept saying that vendor registration is processed and your money I will send you the rent...

Myself Srinivas from telangana Secunderabad I'm having a problem with imitative brand of your Products {{Navy Cut }} in my area surroundings I'm getting a duplicate Navycut cigarette the whole supplier is distributing the fake brand of NavyCut.. in entire Area surroundings..
Plz sort this problem for me and save your product sales.....

On promise day there was a contest on the official instagram account of "Sunfeast Dark Fantasy". For which I have been announced as the winner. Later on they asked for the " Sending Address ", for which I cooperated too. But I haven't received any positive response from the team, both on instagram and email....

I had paid Rs. 23296 through credit card on 9th December for booking which was canceled and the refund has not been issued since 2 months. Hotel is avoiding it and making us go in rounds....

Found an already slit opened and empty masala packet in 6 pack YiPPee noodles packet. The masala had already scattered onto the dry noodles even though the noodle packet was sealed. Highly disappointed about the services. I am worried if it's still safe to consume as it's been already tampered with....

The cig packets being sold are dated 04/10/21. MRP is Rs. 59.00 There are discount coupons inside the pack for Rs. 3 each. However the retailer refuses to reimburse this amount as there is an item in the terms & conditions saying valid till 14 dec., 2021. If the said pack is being sold currently, the coupon inside should be homored.
I have contacted the company but they say that since last last date is 14 dec., 2021, they can not honor...

For the past two months your company distributor has not been giving cigarettes to our shop, they say we like it if asked .. Cigarettes are being blocked and sold at a higher rate outside, which is not a good practice, if you want to go back to all the shops and find something for yourself !!...

I am regular customer (Individual) of ITC brands cigarette. I am recieving coupon in will navy cut continuously since mid of December. I just informed to shop keeper about this. He gave me negative response. As per the salesman of area coupon are invalid not acceptable at any cost.

I believe if any organization is doing any such kind of promotion, then dealer will had information about this scheme.

Bought a 5 kg Aashirvaad Superior MP Atta. Had a few rotis on Jan 22 2021, given to child and then found out worms are in the flour to our surprise.

Packing date is 01 Dec 2021, from the information "Best before 3 months from the date of packaging", it should have been good atleast till 01 March 2022. Package is brought from JioMart.

Registered a complaint# 596588 directly with ITC, got calls from them regarding...

I am a consumer of "Sunfeast Dark Fantasy choco fills" since 2010.

As a consumer, the 2 vital things for me are product ( quantity + quality) and pricing.
Quality is outstanding since the beginning. But suddenly they have priced it up.
Earlier the 75g ( 6 cookies ) was for ₹30 ( which was quite ok), but now it's ₹35.

Which is making this product quite unaffordable for a normal Indiana consumer....

I have applied for distributorship. But not continued with it. So I have demand refund for payment of processing fee. But relationship manager ask to pay for cancellation and hault etc. Charges but still no refund from company and asking to pay more for refund the amount.
I have total paid 25000/- ( twenty five thousand ) as processing fee + 20000/- ( twenty thousand ) as refunding process. Total is 45000/- ( forty five thousand )...

Hello sir, i have a shop in my village, there i sell itc products. I have yo purchase itc item from my local distributir.but when it comes to cigarette item, they(distributor) force me to puchase extra item which i don't want to purchase but if i refuse to puchase that particular item, they refuse to sell another one without that item...
What shoul i do, should i stop selling itc product or what?
