Jaycee Homes — cheating on investment in savannah - project | |||
I have paid 17 lacs to m. D. Devcon in 2015 and received allotment letter from rohan sales executive (Jaycee homes). They promised that possession of the flat will be given in 2019 but company cheated we all home buyers and surrendered himself in court leaving us high and dry. Please help us get our money back or home. Punish the culprit and give innocents justice. Allotment letter and payment details of hdfc bank details are ready. If needed will be produced. I am very poor and not even having my own home. Dream of having own home is shattered. Feeling depressed and paying interest on loan taken to pay the initial amount to m. D. Have paid upfront money running in to lacs for 2 bhk flat, the builder have cheated many families like ours. only way we see to justice is getting them back & liquidate their assets. if somebody can share details of land owner, we can sue them as well
