JAYSHREE POLYTEX LIMITED — Misappropriation of my hdfc bank car loan account no: 22892924 and harassment by hdfc people and non availability of car loan statement

Dear sir,

Please be noted that my car loan account with hdfc is 22892924. The said car loan amount outstanding as on 05.06.2015 should be rs 2, 76, 437.38p as per agreement and original statement but hdfc bank had wrongly and fraudantly without informing us have adjusted some amount out of our emi's with some other hidden expense and have kept our monthly emi outstanding.

They are now sending goons at our home to harass our ladies in order to extort money. We asked them to produce the statement on which they say, that the same can be given only after making their dues payments in full.

Sir, how do we make payments without knowing actual dues. They are extorting money from us, and harassing us wrongly.

We like to have the statments mentioning proper adjustments to our emi's paid until dte, so that we can understand as to why they have fraudantly charged the excess amount and kept our emi outstanding.

Kindly look into the matter and oblige, as emails sent to nodal officer, hdfc car loan has been of no use at all.
