Jazzmyride... Its the most worse online purchase portal i have done business with. What do we call a firm who cheats their customers by delivering poor and 3rd grade products, which they claim as no.1 in quality and checked by their quality management team. Ok, let that be some tricks in business, but what happens if a product under jazzmyride guarantee went faulty on the same day its been installed on to my car (Order id: [protected], online ordered date as cod: - 17/03/2016 - celerio car parking sensor - black) where the main box of the sensor system stopped working within 2- 5 hrs after installation. After informing and initiating the refund, through their return policy, not even once i have received a call from jazzmyride. So i used to call them, and the customer care lady was behaving rudely. I have some of the recording of it. Just adding 'sir' in between some words doesn't mean that they are good in performing their duty. Because of this device (Which got damaged from the very first day its installed) i lost around rs500/- (Without any use) for installation and de-installation. For returning the item, they were trying to make me run here and there (Again i'm the looser - my time, my fuel) for some lame excuses they have. So in all ways, the customer is the looser. I wonder how jazzmyride still exist even after this much complaints from customers. Till this time they have not given a proper reply in solving the issue. When i call, in case they attend the call, the lady agent gives some lame excuses, as they are well trained for the strategies in dealing such issue. She was just getting rude on me, when i informed her the issue. She replied ' its because, you (I, mr. John) didn't fix it with the help of a professional mechanic'. How come she knows, to whom i took it? The statements made were really humiliating. For returning the faulty product, they say 'return pickup can't be arranged and 'i' have to find a way for shipping it back. That too okay... I will do because its me who is the looser here and the person in need. Also asked me to find courier service with lowest shipping charge and share it with them and if they are okay, then i can proceed. What sort of business is it? Where can i find a bit of ethics in it, were a customer has to run every where in search. Okay done that too... (In fact they told they will reimburse me the product cost + return shipping charges). Return shipping charges will be done, only if they are okay with it. Just because of a product from jazzmyride, if i am calculating my total loss (Excluding the product cost + return shipping fare), it comes over rs. 750/- (Ok thats my part, and i'm liable to suffer this because i have done business with jazzmyride).Informed jazzmyride customer care, about the return shipping fare. They replied ' we will get back to you in 15 minutes'. Till this time i have not received any call from them - before and now. What shall we call for such behavior? Its none other than cheating. A hardcore planned cheating, in which jazzmyride is not interested in refunding me the amount (For the mistakes jazzmyride had done in delivering me a duplicate, poor quality 3rd grade product). Is there anything that jazzmyride can point out to me in this issue, where jazzmyride can put a blame on me in proving the product is good enough in meeting a customer's basic need. People don't want to run after such issues, is only because 'lack of time'. If that was not the case, such firms won't have existed in india. As naval officer, i do have my time limitations. If they make me run here and there, finally they know that i am going to drop this issue for ever. Really i don't know whether respected indian consumer complaints forum, is going to take action on my issue. Sir/madam, 'at least' whatever happened to me has happened, but in future such issues won't happen to other people. Please don't let people to get fooled by such firms. I don't know whether i mentioned everything in it. Also i have sent so many messages to their given whatsapp number with the faulty main box picture, but as usual its of no use. Jazzmyride have not replied to it yet. They are least bothered and when connected by call they will make the return steps really hard for a normal customer to follow or handle as day to day affair. So finally the customer will get fed up and drops his wish in returning the product, and will be forced to get ready in suffering the loss (Same as me - pravin john). Jazzmyride calls it as their company policy. Sir/madam, hope that you may my request into your kind concern and do take steps as early as possible. Thank you...

The complaint has not yet been resolved. How it can be marked as Resolved without any steps been taken by Jazzmyride. They just placed a call yesterday (13/04/2016) just for the sake. At that time I was attending a funeral house, requested them to call back by today(14/04/2016). Till now they have not made a call. So what does that mean? Its quite understood, what they were really looking forward to have. Just for the sake they just want to call me. Its not because they are committed to it. So now the record came as Resolved or Jazzmyride arranged a call back to me, but I didn't respond to it properly, so they marked the complaint as Resolved. How pathetic their strategy is. Otherwise till this time why can t they make a call back. They told me they ll call by 10AM on 14/04/2016. Its sad.
I have bought headlight cover for my enfield and I got that parcel 2 weeks ago.
I opened the parcel and the cover has manufacturing breakage . I emailed to jazzmyride and they said send it back via post . It's almost 2 week ago they didn't even reply foe my email ND I have paid cash for cover and for post
Bought from Amazon arm rest for my new wagon r and it would not fit. This was a waste of time and money. Feel very sorry that I was cheated
