I had placed an order for 6 items on the 9/04/2016, its over 18 days and still no trace of my order. I was provided a tracking id which is apparently incorrect - z[protected]no such id exists with dtdc
This was my first interaction with you guys and i must admit that i am utterly disappointed. Even for the international orders its doesn't take this long.
Its your responsibility to let the customer know, why am i being asked to follow up with dtdc? Now i am being tossed to and fro between your company and dtdc, what is my fault here? Why shall i suffer? Was this information helpful? |
