I have purchased 200 shares of Jindal Vijayanagar steel Ltd. in the year 1995 by my name Reena Burman before my marriage . I received share certificates in physical form. Now after my marriage in al my documents and bank account my name is written as Rina Das (contains my husband's title and even spelling is also changed). Now kindly guide me if I want to sell my those shares which are in physical form so what is the process for that. And even how can I convert my shares in my present name (Rina Das). I don't have any demat account. If I sell them then how money will be transferred in my account which is in name of Rina Das.
