Uninstallation and refund requested two months ago. no action to date though i keep getting messages that it will be done in 3 days. i keep getting calls asking why i want to disconnect and then they say they will do it that day. even so called engineers who are going to do the uninstallation call me and then do not turn up. when i call back, there is no response or they say they have been assigned to a different area. it has been one of the worst experiences for me with internet service providers. need resolution asap Was this information helpful? |
