I applied for JioFiber connection under some scheme of a trial offer. I cancelled my connection under the trail offer as per scheme under which I was to get the full refund. The boxes of fiber were picked up more than 30 days before and refund time was 14 days. Its been more than the time mentioned by Jio but still there is no refund as of yet. I've called their customer care five times even they are just saying it is in process etc. and are not providing a prompt solution for the issue. This is really a big disappointment that a company like Jio is making their consumers face problem like this which can be solved on a finger tips in todays digital world.
