Dear Sir, This is Basanta Khanikar,Cell no-[protected], plan I 15CUG99.According to the tariff plan CUG to CUG .15 paise/min .But I am charged .30 paise/min.I complained local office continuously and they sent two E-mails to the concerning authority on21/08/09 to Saumitra Dutta and on23/09/09 to Nabarun Das.More over, I complained to customercare on25/07/09 and16/10/09 . But till today no action is taken. Therefore I request you to kindly look after the matter seriously and adjust my Bill .This is my last complaint.If I donot get response I shall be bound to surrender my SIM. within 3 Working days you have Arrived Malaysia because we have so many lost for the past for paying for people and
some of them will not come and some will engage in an illegal activities here.
ENTRY/WORK/VISA AND TRAVEL PROCEEDINGS: You shall be required to start the process of your Visa
Residential/Work Permit papers with the Traveling Agent here in Malaysia and also furnish us with the soft copies of the
same via scan e mail attachment before 10 working days as a proof of readiness to join the team in due date as stipulated
above for your job resumption with the SHELL OILCOMPANY and also to enable you receive your Two months’ upfront
salary in advance including your due entitlements/emoluments prior to your departure for services with SHELL OIL

However, for expatriate services employees who do not presently posses their valid Malaysia Residence and Work Permits
papers, they are to make contact with the address given for directives and assistance on the acquisition and procurement of

Affairs) here in Malaysia
CONTRACT TERMS: SHELL OIL COMPANY shall employ the employee for a 2 years Contract term with Full
furnished Accommodation for you and your family (if any). This contract will commence from the agreement date.
At the end of this period the both parties may agree for the extension of the contract. In case of termination of the contract

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: The supervisory management of PETRONAS OIL COMPANY employs the Employee to serve for the position of (Mechanical engineering) subject to the provisions set forth below this agreement effect from July 1st, 2011. Unless sooner terminated.

SEVERABILITY: If, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT: Employee may terminate employment upon 30 days' written notice to the Company. Employee may be required to perform His or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall all his/her severance allowance.
STIPULATION OF CONTRACT TERMS & EFFECTIVE DATE: Employee shall be occupying for 2 years Contract term with Full Quality housing for single or family status (if any). REIMBURSEMENT AND MOVING EXPENSES: The Employee will incur reasonable expenses to get His/her Employment Insurance Certificate; The Company shall make the required arrangements of Employee’s Visa Travel documents and ensures to bear the expenses including employee’s business class/first class flight arrangement.
