John Player — Color fading

Hi,

I bought 4 items in (2 Buy get 2 free) offer on[protected] from John Player Showroom SRS Mall Sec-12, Faridabad, Haryana.

Item Description
1 One Full sleave sweater Price(1599/-) color Black.
2 One Full sleave sweater Price(1599/-)color Yellow.
3 One Full sleave sweater Price(1599/-) color Green.
4 One jeans pant Price(1599/-) color Gray.

But after washing for the first time item-4 (jeans pant) colour is fading it si lookoing like a local pant.its affecting your brand name.
And item-3(Full sleave sweater) size is very large after First washing, I bought M-size now it look like L-size.


So According to me its not acceptable, Kindly replace these item.

My Orignal bill has been lost so i produced the credit card SMS screen shot.
